Quincy Community Action Programs, Inc. (QCAP) is the leading private nonprofit organization in the Greater Quincy area dedicated to reducing poverty and helping low-income people achieve self-sufficiency. QCAP was incorporated in 1965 and is one of 24 Community Action Agencies in Massachusetts. QCAP serves approximately 23,000 unduplicated people annually. Get ready for tax season! Let our experienced, IRS-certified volunteers help you prepare and e-file your federal and state income tax returns, and claim all of the credits for which you may be eligible. To make an appointment, please submit a brief form so that our staff can screen you to make sure that we can prepare your return.
