include single rooms, and one and two bedroom apartments that are

1-Two bedroom apartment for rent in the Quincy Point
area. Rent $750 per month plus utilities.
All housing
opportunities are accessible by public transportation. Income
eligibility requirements apply. Income range for the single room
rentals: $11,000 - $34,740. Income range for the two bedroom:
$24,000 - $52,950 for two people and up to $59,550 for three people.
The screening process entails a credit check, CORI check, landlord
references, income / asset verification and personal interview with
the Property Manager. The lease term is one year. No pets please!
