ADMINISTRATION

Director of Operations

Manage daily internal operations of QCAP including assuring all program services are provided in compliance with complex government contracts and that client services are delivered effectively. Supervise agency Program Directors including assisting them with program and systems development. Develop and maintain agency personnel policies and systems including compensation, performance appraisal, staff training and development processes. Report to Executive Director and work as key member of management team with Executive Director, Director of Finance & Administration and Director of Planning & Development to develop and administer internal operating policies.  BA in business administration or related human service management degree. Masters degree preferred. Seven years of not for profit experience including minimum five years experience in responsible management position including supervision of multi-level organizational structure. Knowledge of complex government contracting regulations; demonstrated ability to understand complex program and financial management systems and human resource/employment law issues; excellent computer skills. Demonstrated commitment to working on behalf of low and moderate income clients.

COMMUNITY CARE FOR KIDS

Billing Specialist

Full time position available in Child Care Resource & Referral Agency to implement and manage subsidy management billing.  Responsibilities include preparation, generating and verifying monthly billing for child care programs. Candidate must have strong organizational, communication, math & computer skills and a commitment to working on behalf of families of all income levels.

HEAD START

Exciting opportunities in high quality Head Start Early Education and Care Program, program is recent recipient of EEC’s Universal Pre-K pilot initiative.

Education Coordinator

Oversee all aspects of Head Start and Early Head Start educational component; assure quality standards maintained; supervise Educational Specialists; key member of management team.  Req. min. 3 years experience in early childhood management and supervision; Bachelor’s degree Early Childhood Education, E.C.E. Masters degree preferred.

   

Education Specialist

Oversee daily operations for a NAEYC accredited center with 4 classrooms and up to 75 children. Responsibilities include promoting high quality early education and care standards, leadership, staff supervision and assuring licensing accreditation and performance standards compliance. Req. Bachelors or advanced degree, supervision experience and EEC certification.

 

Family Service Worker

Provide social service support to families.  Inc. home visits, convene parent meetings/training & recruit children.  Req. some advanced education plus 2 yrs. exp.in related field.  35 hrs/wk 39wks/yr. 

 

Health Assistant

Responsibilities include tracking health information for children & staff, assist with follow up of health requirements, mandatory health screenings, ordering of health supplies for classrooms & data entry.  Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills & 2 years experience in health care or related field.  Some lifting and local travel required.

 

Preschool and Toddler Lead Teachers

Full-Time/52 wks. and Part-Time (summer & school vacations off). Excellent Benefits, Degree or earning degree. Quincy, Weymouth & Braintree; shifts vary.  Must be EEC certified.

 

Preschool Classroom Aides & Lunch Aide: 10:30-6:00 or 9:30-5:00, Full-Time, Year Round, Excellent Benefits, High School Diploma and sincere interest in supporting young children’s growth and development, Braintree & Weymouth.

 

Substitute Teachers:  Sincere interest in children’s growth and well-being, we are flexible in working around your schedule.  Must be EEC certified.

 

Bus Drivers: Must have CDL and MA DPU Bus Drivers license & proof of safe driving record. 

 

Bus Aide: 35hrs/wk 52 wks/yr. Hours include early mornings. Opportunity for CDL training available.
