In addition, as the most comprehensive housing program in the greater Quincy area, QCAP Housing offers a variety of assistance for first time homebuyers, homeowners, tenants, landlords, homeless and near homeless families to help secure and stabilize housing.

Request for General Contractors Proposal for Head Start Early Learning Center

QCAP is soliciting proposals for professional general contracting services for a project to renovate the former St. Joseph's School Building located on Pray Street in Quincy, Massachusetts, into an early childhood education center to serve QCAP's Early Head Start and Head Start Programs.
