On Saturday, September 25, 2010, the IRS office at 15 New Sudbury Street, Boston, MA 02203, will host an event called “A special day for Veterans, People with Disabilities & their Families & Friends” from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

- Share information about obtaining free return history (return transcripts & returns) from the IRS for educational and other purposes
- Free IRS Literature “Life Cycles & Taxes”
- Learn how to do your own taxes while helping others
Get enlightened about tax credits and options for your refund:
- The tax credits available to you and your caregivers
- Free resources in your community for obtaining tax assistance
- If you have not filed taxes, you may be missing valuable credits
- Federal tax withholding after leaving the military
- Find out your options if you cannot pay your taxes and learn ways to prevent owing taxes
