FORECLOSURE PREVENTION ASSISTANT

QCAP is seeking a college or graduate student to assist housing counselors with loan modification proposals. Duties will include conducting follow-up with clients to collect necessary documents needed for loan modification applications and informing clients about the loan modification process.

- Ability to maintain client confidentiality.

- Ability to work well with diverse populations, including low-income people.

- Dependability and flexibility.

TIME COMMITMENT
This is a summer volunteer opportunity, with flexibility to determine hours. Prefer volunteer to work 10 to 20 hours weekly, between QCAP business hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
