Volunteer at QCAP's Emergency Food Center!

DATA ENTRY CLERKS AND DRIVERS NEEDED

QCAP is seeking reliable adult volunteers to support our busy Emergency Food Center. Data Entry Clerks are needed to conduct program data entry. Drivers with their own vehicles and a valid Massachusetts Driver License are needed to do weekly pick ups of donated food at area supermarkets. Training and supervision will be provided.

LOCATION
Southwest Community Center, 1 Copeland Street, Quincy MA 02169.
Located on an MBTA Bus Route. On-Site Parking Available.
 
QUALIFICATIONS

Data Entry Clerk
Detail oriented
Dependability and flexibility
Good computer skills, with ability to use a mouse
Desire to help people
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality 

Driver
Dependability and flexibility
Valid MA Driver's License
Safe Driving Record
Access to or ownership of a vehicle
Ability to lift and carry boxes of food   

TIME COMMITMENT
Weekly time commitment of 4 to 6 hours for Data Entry Clerks and 2 to 4 hours for Drivers. Volunteers will work during QCAP business hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
