Join QCAP's CommonCent$ Financial Literacy Program!

CommonCent$ is a 7-week program that teaches participants the basics of sound financial management. Participants who complete the entire 7 weeks of classes and who meet other program eligibility requirements may be invited to open a special savings account called an Individual Development Account (IDA). QCAP is now screening applicants for the upcoming CommonCent$ Financial Literacy Education series. CommonCent$ is a seven week program that teaches participants the basics of sound financial management. 

Participants who complete the entire seven week program and who meet other program eligibility requirements may be invited to open a special matched savings account called an Individual Development Account (IDA). Your savings will be matched by QCAP at a rate of 3 to 1 for a maximum match of $4,000. IDA participants must save at least $50 monthly until they reach a savings goal of $1,333.
