Request for General Contractors Proposal for Head Start Early Learning Center

QCAP is soliciting proposals for professional general contracting services for a project to renovate the former St. Joseph's School Building located on Pray Street in Quincy, Massachusetts, into an early childhood education center to serve QCAP's Early Head Start and Head Start Programs.

There is a mandatory site visit for all applicants on August 31, 2010. Proposals are due September 10, 2010. Click here to learn more.
