No matter what type of heating system you have, QCAP’s Fuel Assistance program can help you pay your winter heating bills. This includes helping some renters with heat included in their rent. The program helps with heating costs for the months of November through April. We make payments right to your heating company up to a maximum benefit level.
New applicants may apply by calling QCAP’s Energy Program for an appointment. Returning customers will receive their application in the mail.
Fuel Assistance is for low-income households with incomes at or below 60% of the estimated State Median Income.
