Affordable Housing Development
QCAP is a Certified Housing Development Organization (CHDO). We strive to make housing more affordable for low and moderate families and individuals by developing rental properties in Quincy and Weymouth. Currently, we are redeveloping our former Southwest Community Center at 388 Granite Street in Quincy. This property will be converted to five units of affordable rental housing for families with very low incomes (at or below 30% of Area Median). Families residing in the new units will have access to case management services at QCAP that will help them set and obtain self-sufficiency goals.
