Affordable Rental Units
QCAP currently owns and manages 49 units of affordable housing in Quincy and Weymouth. Our rental units include single rooms and one and two bedroom apartments. They are offered at below market rates.

QCAP takes great pride in the quality of its housing developments and property management services. All of QCAP’s properties are well maintained and efficiently managed.Property management services include tenant screening and selection, routine property maintenance and upkeep. Staff are on call 24 hours in case of tenant emergencies.
