Emergency Food Center
Reliable, Massachusetts Licensed drivers with their own vehicle are needed to pick up donated food from supermarkets and businesses in Quincy and deliver it to the Emergency Food Center, 1 Copeland Street, Quincy, MA 02169. Click here to learn more.

Customer Service and Data Entry

QCAP's Housing Program plays a leading role in advocating for, developing and managing affordable housing for low and moderate income families. In addition, as the most comprehensive housing program in the greater Quincy area, QCAP Housing offers a variety of assistance for first time homebuyers, homeowners, tenants, landlords, homeless and near homeless families to help secure and stabilize housing. Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA)
QCAP's VITA Program seeks volunteers during the tax season (January through April) in a variety of roles: IRS-certified tax counselors, tax site greeters, tax appointment schedulers, and data entry work. Contact Isaias Sarmiento at 617-479-8181 x374.
Adult Basic Education and Workforce Development
QCAP offers a variety of workforce development activities that will help adults obtain the education and skills they need to secure jobs. QCAP's ABE and Workforce Development Program seeks volunteers who can tutor clients in math and English. Volunteers also needed to provide clients with resume preparation assistance and guidance. Norfolk County RSVP Program
