CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Beth Ann StrolloBeth Ann Strollo has devoted her career to the mission of Quincy Community Action Programs. Hired in 1984, Beth Ann served as the agency’s Fiscal Director and then Associate Director, before her appointment to QCAP’s Chief Executive Officer in 1999.

During her tenure, Beth Ann has been instrumental in overseeing the development of more than $17 million dollars of new resources into the organization. Her work has focused on developing and preserving affordable housing, creating new early education and care and family support services, and expanding adult education and workforce development services to low-income residents in the South Shore.

Beth Ann currently serves on the state’s Department of Early Education & Care Advisory Council and is a member of the South Shore Workforce Board. She is a Past President of the Massachusetts Association for Community Action (MASSCAP) and currently serves as the Chair of MASSCAP’s Public Policy Committee where she is a vocal advocate for services for low income residents. She is a past member of the Community Economic Development Assistance Corporation (CEDAC) Board of Directors, a founding and past Board member of Quincy Asian Resources Inc., and a past member of the Quincy Fair Housing Committee. In 2017, Beth Ann was recognized by the Woodward School for Girls as a Woman of Distinction.

After receiving her Bachelor of Arts from Wittenberg University, Beth Ann began her career in public accounting as an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand, and currently is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant.
