Affordable Rental Units & Housing Developments

QCAP is a locally-designated Certified Housing Development Organization (CHDO). We strive to make housing more affordable for low and moderate families and individuals by developing rental properties in Quincy and Weymouth.

QCAP currently owns and manages 49 units of affordable housing. Our rental units include single rooms and one and two bedroom apartments. They are offered at below market rates.

QCAP takes great pride in the quality of its housing developments and property management services. All of QCAP’s properties are well maintained and efficiently managed. Property management services include tenant screening and selection, routine property maintenance, and upkeep. Staff are on call 24 hours in case of tenant emergencies.

388 Granite Street in Quincy was converted to five units of affordable rental housing (2 & 3 bedrooms) for families with very low incomes (at or below 30% of Area Median). Families residing in these units will access case management services from QCAP helping them to set and obtain self-sufficiency goals. Qualified families should refer to the Metro Housing Boston website for wait list information, as Metro Housing Boston manages the wait list.
