Affordable Rental Units

QCAP is a locally-designated Certified Housing Development Organization (CHDO). We strive to make housing more affordable for low and moderate families and individuals by developing rental properties in Quincy and Weymouth.

QCAP currently owns and manages 49 units of affordable housing. Our rental units include single rooms, one, two and three bedroom apartments. They are offered at below market rates.

QCAP takes great pride in the quality of its housing developments and property management services. All of QCAP’s properties are well maintained and efficiently managed. Property management services include tenant screening and selection, routine property maintenance, and upkeep. Staff are on call 24 hours in case of tenant emergencies.
