Quincy Lead Abatement Program
Whether you’re a homeowner, tenant, or landlord, Quincy Office of Healthy Homes can help you reduce the dangers of lead and other hazards in your home with the South Shore Healthy Homes Program (SSHHP).
SSHHP provides up to $20,000 in assistance per unit, in the form of a 5-year forgivable loan including a $1,000 temporary relocation grant and the supports and resources you need to make your home lead safe.
Learn more about SSHHP, the dangers of lead, SSHHP and whether you may qualify, and typical improvements made to properties through this program.
Do you qualify?
